We are currently working on several ambitious AAA projects and are looking for Lead Level Designer - an owner for new maps who can lead the level design team for one of them.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of level designers;
Ownership for maps;
Drive the creative vision and execution of levels, ensuring they support gameplay, narrative, and artistic goals;
Work closely with environment artists, narrative designers, and systems designers to deliver cohesive experiences.
Requirements
5+ years in level design for PC/console, including at least 1 shipped title owning full levels/missions;
Strong portfolio of first-person levels with combat, exploration, pacing, and clear player flow;
Confident in engine tools (Unreal), blockout to final, metrics, and basic scripting for events;
Deep understanding of how AI, cover, sightlines, and traversal interact with level layout;
